How long does an item take to process and ship?At Moon Bunny Crochet, we believe in quality! ALL of our products are MADE TO ORDER to ensure their perfection. Processing time differs from each item. Currently, Moon Bunny Crochet is a one person army. I work in bulks of orders which are shipped weekly. Every order will be processed in given time. Refer to individual listing for further information. As soon as the item is finished, it'll be shipped.

How do I place an order?To place an order, simply add your items to cart and checkout. If you do not see an item that you want, you can file a custom request through email, moonbunnycrochet@outlook.com.

Do you ship overseas?At Moon Bunny Crochet we ship to most countries except EU/UK and Germany. Shipping includes tracking number. After adding items to cart, upon checkout, you will be able to view the shipping cost before you proceed for payment.

How much is the shipping fee?Shipping fee differs. It basically depends on the weight of your order, which is calculated at check out. Once you have added all items to cart, go to "Check Out" page and the shipping fee will be shown to you before you make payment.
